Eliza is a Midwestern native, born and raised in Iowa, and headed West to Denver in 2016. She spent the majority of her career working in the Human Resources space at different tech companies. Her passion for real estate kicked off in 2018 when her now husband Paul and her started investing in properties in Colorado. She spent the next couple years managing their properties as short term and long term rentals, and when her husband made the leap to focus on real estate full time, she wasn’t far behind him!
Becoming a full time real estate agent was the perfect way for Eliza to pair her love for connecting with and helping others, along with her knowledge of the Colorado real estate market and investing. The last couple years she’s helped a variety of buyer’s in Denver, from many first time home buyers, to experienced investors. She takes the time with each client to understand their needs, and works to build a fun and memorable home buying experience for everyone. Her goal is to make her clients feel heard, cared for, educated, and of course to find the home of their dreams!
When she’s not busy assisting clients with buying and selling homes, she enjoys working out at CorePower, trying new food and drinks around Denver, spending time with friends and traveling.
