After earning her Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Kansas and teaching both 2nd and 4th grade, Allie followed her lifelong dream of moving to Colorado, a place she grew up visiting and fell in love with as a kid! She was fortunate to dance two seasons with the Denver Nuggets Dancers and three years with the Denver Broncos Cheerleaders (including a Super Bowl 50 appearance), and  transitioned into real estate during her time with the Broncos to educate and advocate for first-time homebuyers.

Allie founded Monarch, a humble team of 3, five years ago that has grown into the #1 team at Compass Colorado, with 12 top producing agents, achieving over $150 million in sales year-to-date. Built on referrals, relationships, and relentless follow-up, her business has earned consistent recognition as a Five Star Professional, 5280 Top Producer, DMAR Excellence Award winner, and is consistently one of the Top 50 Agents on Social Media in Colorado.
