Our Story

After being in the business for 7 years on her own, Allie Kirby desired to build a team of strong, intelligent, and kind hearted women, based on the values that have grounded and guided her through it all. She was inspired & driven, by the birth of her children, Royce and Selma, to create something more from her passion of helping people through transition and ultimately leave a legacy for her children.

She is motivated by her teammates’ own goals and works daily to help them seek financial freedom and flexibility as the mothers, wives, and leaders of the home that they are. She is honored to have attracted the teammates she has today, and believes that the Monarch Family is a true culmination of incredible interactions and moments in time that she has been blessed with, during her past ten years in Denver. While the women on this team may look up to Allie as their leader or “Mama Monarch”, if you will, each one of them has gifted her their spirited support and unconditional love to be that rock all along.
