I get the pleasure of writing this review while sitting in my beautiful new living room in our new house that Brogan helped us buy. We are obsessed with our new home, and I feel very confident that I wouldn't be sitting here today if it weren't for Brogan. We thought we were in the clear when it came to bidding wars, but we were wrong. We of course found ourselves dealing with the pressure of submitting an offer under pressure, having to compete with other interested buyers and having to negotiate with the sellers. Some of the most stressful things you can endure while buying a new home! However, Brogan handled these pressures with such ease that it made our lives so much easier. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always positive. I believe her personality, which is kind yet firm, is what persuaded the sellers to go in our direction and accept our offer. Once we were under contract Brogan made sure to keep us included on all pertinent communications with the sellers, always informed us of important upcoming dates, and did everything she could to ensure we knew what to expect of the process prior to closing. Her consistent schedule updates helped us stay organized throughout the process which helped the hectic nature of buying a new home! We absolutely could not have done this without her and will certainly be using her again when it comes time to buy our next home. 10/10 would recommend. Brogan is the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As with most reviews, the real test is whether or not you would want to work with someone again, and I can say that I will never work with another agent in Denver. She is a fantastic communicator whom I could depend on to keep me up to date with my challenging transaction. She gave excellent negotiating and contract advice when going back and forth with the seller, and when I needed extra legal support, she linked me up with the right people. If we could give Brogan a 6/5 star rating we would because that describes exactly how amazing she was to work with. She was always available for us to ask question and was honest with her feedback on location when we asked her. Her expertise in the market is amazing. Her love for properties and key eye for design left us comfortable knowing she was going to help us identify the exact location that we were looking. She went above and beyond even with us helping home hunt while we lived in a different state. She took extra time to understand exactly what we were looking for a house and try to help identify all of those aspects.

When it came down to crunch time to get our offer in and find creative ways to compete in a hot market she continued to supply us with ideas. If it was not for her and the creative thinking she took her creating her contracts we would likely not have gotten our amazing home. Her keen eyes and creativeness helped put us in a position to be the top purchaser.
